FAQ

Yes you can! Spectators are very welcome to come along for free and do not need a ticket.

We pride ourselves on creating an inclusive environment and reducing barriers to access and participate in our competitions. Our social script explains what to expect at an AJPA competition.

Regardless of where you are located in the room, you will hear background noise and cheering throughout the event. The best way to manage this is by using noise cancelling headphones or listen to music to block out any noise.

Check-in opens one hour before each event. You should be checked in and seated at least 15 minutes before the start of each division.

Don’t worry, just pick up a new one at nationals. We have plenty for all competitors but encourage you to reuse them to reduce waste at our competitions.

We need your final registration details at least four working days before the event. This gives us time to print the correct time slips and have the right names in our system to help you find your table on the day.  Find your tickets (Humanitix email) and click on Manage Order to make any updates.

We do our best to accommodate accessibility requests at our events. Our ability to accommodate requests depends on the size and layout of the room and the number of requests being made.
